I don’t know about you but I like to take care of my sweet tooth. When my sweet tooth is not happy, oh boy! But you don’t want to spoil your sweet tooth rotten (see what I did there).

I stumbled upon Paleo diet, and I like their take on no refined sugar and no processed food. This is not a strict Paleo recipe, it’s just my healthier version my favorite sweets.

So here are some tried and tested (kid approved) yummy guilt free sweets recipes, that are health friendly.

Oatmeal Power Cookies

Oatmeal Power Cookies

1 ripe Banana (smashed)
1/4 cup Maple syrup
2 cups Oats
1/4 cup Almond milk
1/4 cup Almond butter
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sugar-free Chocolate chips (optional)

Set oven on 350°F degree.
Mix all ingredients together.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Place in spoonfuls, make sure to flatten it a bit since it takes its shape. Bake for 12 minutes.

                                                 

Brownie Guilt Free

1 cup Almond flour
1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1/3 cup Coconut oil
3/4 cup Maple syrup
2 Eggs
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Baking powder
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips (optional)

Set oven on 375°F degree.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Line pan with parchment paper, pour batter.
Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy fudge goodness!

 

Chocolate All You Can

1/2 cup Cocoa powder
1/2 cup melted Coconut oil
4 tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Nuts or dried fruit (optional)

Mix all ingredients together.
If it’s starting to get clumpy, microwave for few seconds (5-7 sec) to melt it again.
Place it in your container of choice, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
